86. Weekly Weather Update and Outlook: October 12, 2023

In the latest podcast, I discuss thoughts on the storm system going through the state in the next 24 hours, including the severe threat in central and eastern Nebraska, flash flood risk in northeastern Nebraska, and the high wind threat across a lot of the state tomorrow. Then I discuss the weekend outlook, moderating temperatures early next week, a mid-week cold front and a warm-up headed into next weekend. Then I move into the update portion of the podcast and talk about recent precipitation, VegDRI and the latest changes on the Drought Monitor.
